C. David Seuss, Chief Executive Officer

David Seuss joined Northern Light in July of 1996, as employee number 18. Mr. Seuss describes that time period as when "there were 17 engineers and me in a basement." Mr. Seuss led an employee group in purchasing Northern Light from its corporate parent in 2003. Under Mr. Seuss's leadership, Northern Light has won many industry awards for outstanding products. To name just a few of these, Northern Light was designated "Best of the Web" by US News and World Report, was picked for the "Top 100 Companies That Matter In Knowledge Management" by KMWorld magazine, was designated "a professional researchers dream" by Forbes magazine, and won the "Web Business Award for Online Excellence" from CIO magazine.

Prior to Northern Light, Mr. Seuss was founder and CEO of Spinnaker Software Corporation, which he led from inception to a public company with $65 million in revenue and 280 employees. Before starting Spinnaker, Mr. Seuss was a consultant and manager for the Boston Consulting Group, running teams working with major global enterprises on issues of corporate strategy. Between Spinnaker and Northern Light, Mr. Seuss co-founded Vannevar Management which provided merger and acquisition consulting and financing assistance to high technology ventures. Earlier in his career, he was an engineer in the chemical industry. Mr. Seuss spends his after hours as a nationally-competitive saber fencer, professional race car driver, and amateur musician (www.myspace.com/davidseussmusic). Mr. Seuss has an industrial engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Robert Nelson, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Bob Nelson joined, Northern Light as it's 2nd employee in 1996. Mr. Nelson is responsible for editorial activities, content strategy, content licensing activities, and publisher relations for over 3,000 news sources, and over 65 market research analyst firms for Northern Light's content databases. Mr. Nelson has over 25 years of experience in licensing content from the publishing industry for electronic distribution. Prior to joining Northern Light, Mr. Nelson served as Director of Product Development for EBSCO Publishing where he negotiated and licensed the electronic rights to over 2,000 titles, managed the payment of royalties, and was responsible for all publisher relationships. He served as President of Wilson - Cambridge, a division of the H.W. Wilson Company where he was responsible for the development of Wilson's first electronic abstracting products. Mr. Nelson was co-founder of LaserData, the first company to develop and deploy technology for commercial database publishing on electronic media. Additionally, he served as President of MSH, an international subscription agency serving libraries. Mr. Nelson has a bachelor's degree in international relations from Clark University, an MBA from Clark University, and a master's degree in library science from Simmons College.

Igor Razboff, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Razboff is a native of St. Petersburg, Russia, and has been a U.S. citizen and permanent resident for over 20 years. Mr. Razboff has had an extensive career as a software development and senior management executive. He served as the CEO of Animation Magic, where he created and managed a 180-person product development staff. He was Vice President of Software, then CEO, of Capital Multimedia, a public U.S. software company that acquired Animation Magic. At Capital Multimedia, Mr. Razboff was able to reduce development costs by 65% and cut the cycle time on new product development by 50%, which lead to a doubling of revenue for the company. While serving as a Vice President of Cendant Software, a $900 million division of Cendant, Mr. Razboff tripled the productivity of the development operation, increasing revenues by 35% in one year. Mr. Razboff has served as Chairman of Celerity Solutions, a public U.S. software company in the supply chain management industry, and Chairman of Equanex Corporation, a provider of e-commerce Web sites. In 1990, Mr. Razboff founded Scoros International, a software development organization that establishes and operates programming facilities in St. Petersburg, Russia. Since its founding, Scoros has executed over 75 software development projects in Russia, involving anywhere from a dozen to several hundred employees. Early in his career, Mr. Razboff was a Product Manager for AT&T, and the Director of Computer Aided Manufacturing for ComputerVision and Prime Computer. He has a master's degree in computer science and a PhD in mathematics from the University of St. Petersburg.

Priscilla Seuss, Vice President of Sales

Priscilla Seuss joined Northern Light in 2000 and is responsible for all sales activities in the company. Ms. Seuss is the primary force behind the building of the extensive collection of industry-leading ten billion-dollar companies that make up Northern Light's current client list. She brings an extensive sales background to Northern Light. In 1982, Ms. Seuss co-founded Spinnaker Software and served as its Vice President of Sales for 12 years where she managed a 40 person sales team that sold to 15,000 mass retail outlets, both direct and through distributors. In addition, she was responsible for the OEM sales force (selling to Compaq, IBM, etc.), in-house telemarketing (selling to computer dealers), and sales operations (for order processing, executing customer promotions, etc.). Ms Seuss drove the company to $65 million in annual revenue. More recently, her experiences include working with NASCAR's top racing team, Roush Racing, to sell advertising and sponsorships to ad agencies and media brands. Ms. Seuss started her career at Pitney Bowes as a field sales representative. Ms. Seuss has an MBA from Simmons College, an MA in French from the University of Buffalo, and a BA in French from the State University of New York at Fredonia.

Anton Voskresenskiy, Vice President of Engineering

Anton Voskresenskiy joined Northern Light in 2003 as a Senior Software Engineer responsible for core search engine technology development. He is a native of St. Petersburg, Russia, where prior to joining Northern Light he had over 10 years of software engineering experience with a prominent offshore development company leading teams of engineers building applications for U.S. companies. In 2006, he transferred from the St. Petersburg Development Center to Northern Light's headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as Director of Engineering and then as Vice President of Engineering, and is responsible for all of Northern Light's technology platforms of search, classification, text analytics, transaction processing, social computing, and content aggregation. Mr. Voskresenskiy holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in mathematics from the Maritime Technical University of St. Petersburg.

Sheri Larsen, Vice President of Client Applications

Sheri Larsen is responsible for the successful planning, marketing and delivery of all Northern Light products and client applications, including program management, client relationship management, product management, event management, and PR. Ms. Larsen joined the founding team of Northern Light in 1996 as Director of Content Integration and was responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Northern Light's content collections. During Ms. Larsen's tenure she oversaw the growth of the Northern Light's databases from its inception to a collection of over 175 million documents from thousands of news, publication, and research sources. Ms. Larsen has also served as Director of Product Management for Northern Light, responsible for product management, sales support, market research, collateral creation, and pricing for Northern Light's search services. Prior to coming to Northern Light, Ms. Larsen managed the operations of the editorial department at EBSCO Publishing developing initiatives to cut costs and increase the production of the creation of full-text articles, abstracts and full-page images of articles from hard copy periodical literature. Ms. Larsen has an MBA from Babson College, and a BA in literature from Gordon College.

Kerry MacDonald, Vice President of Network Systems

Mr. MacDonald joined Northern Light as Vice President of Network Systems in 2005. He has over 12 years of experience in building global IT organizations for US corporations having delivered large IT projects on-time and on-budget leading teams of highly-skilled IT professionals. Prior to joining Northern Light Mr MacDonald was Director of Network Operations for Vivendi-Universal Games, a $500 million division of Vivendi-Universal where he built and managed all networking infrastructure for the business. Prior to that he was a Director of Global Operations for Cendant Software, a division of Cendant Corporation. In addition, Mr. MacDonald was previously CTO for Capitol Multimedia, Inc., a public U.S. software company. Mr. MacDonald has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
